Yeah, it was nice to know you Luffy
… and Smoker dear, you should just stop pretending. I know you loooove the attention XD. I just one day noticed how horribly I have neglected Smoker although he’s definitely one of my favourites. Then I realized that it would be his birthday soon so I ended up drawing this ^_^. Like you can see, it refers to that one particular scene in Alabasta when Luffy happily announced “I don’t hate you!” Fast, simple and my first time drawing Smoker but hopefully he doesn’t look too off. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. And yeah... Smoker definitely needs more attention when it comes to fanart. He's one of my favorites too (in Top 5 actually) so I was kind of appalled to notice I hadn't drawn him even once.
